I'm at Joleen's now with Narene.
They're fiddling with an ultra silent game.
I don't know what it's about, so I just sit at the com and shut up.
I've been attending a two-week course at Singapore Polytechnic,
so I haven't been working a lot.
I only work on weekends for this and last week.
I don't wish to return to work on Saturday.
I'm sick of Zara, sick of work.
Almost nothing appeals to me there anymore.
The people there is starting to suck, and the pay's pathetic.
Long hours, and I don't get paid for OT(although i get other privileges).
I heard Rebecca Loh(one of the managers there) went crazy and made the
juniors (which includes me) learn the names of the materials.
She said, 'You all better get all the materials right or I'll fuck you all up'.
Mind you, those were her exact words.
I like visual merchandising, so I don't
mind getting to know the materials.
In fact, I've already been taught the
materials because I pestered my colleague to.
Should I do Nautical Studies?
It's damn interesting lah.
And the pay's superb.
I'll have to make sacrifices, though.
Like being away from my family for a loooonnggg time.
Plus, with a Diploma in Nautical Studies,
I'm able to get a job as a pilot as well.
(Joleen wouldn't be happy about that)
However, navigators need to have perfect eyesight.
What if my vision fails? Ha.
Being on sea has a lot of risks, though.
But I won't die in a Tsunami because I'll be on a ship and
the ship will be floating on water so it cannot drown me.
Right right.
I think we'll be going for prata soon.
It's the place Joleen always talk about, but I don't know where.
I lied to get myself at Joleen's today, and I feel guilty.
So guilty, I couldn't breathe just now.
But whatever.
Joleen and I got the same top from FCUK.
I like! But it's 50 and I couldn't make impulse buys,
I only bought it after considering for about an hour I think.
I'm not stingy. I'm just trying to be very careful with my little money.
A shirt with only 4 alphabetical letters.
I hope the Aussies don't call me tomorrow.
